Installation:

1.Open GTA3.IMG(...\GTA Vice City\models)

2.Find here esperant.dff and esperant.txd,save them on any folder.Then delete it.

3.Next you need export new files(esperant.dff and esperant.TXD).

4.Now going to ...\GTA Vice city\data and open files carcols,handling.cfg,default.ide with notepad.Find a line ESPERANT,delete old figures and write this:

For handling.cfg:
